To those who wandered in,  

I have been on a long sabbatical. Working on things beyond the studio. As the beautiful Anne Jones quote above states...doing the work of my heart. My Exhibitions page explains a bit of the story. 

Now, the studio is calling me — the easel and journaling again. I confess, I'm somewhat nervous to start this new journal  — it's like staring at a blank canvas. I plan to keep my notations short and simple...non-formal. I'm not sure how often I'll post..weekly, bi-weekly, monthly?  I don't want to bore you..or myself. 🙄 This is another new chapter for me, and this painting has had its own journey. The image has traveled far beyond my canvas. Alas, I thought it fitting today. 

So the journey — goes on...
